Open Access Policy
The Journal of Sharia Sciences adopts an open access policy with the aim of promoting the global dissemination of scientific knowledge and facilitating free access to published research content, stemming from its belief in the importance of making research findings available to all without restrictions.
Users are entitled to read, download, copy, and print any research article without prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that proper acknowledgment is given to the original author and source. The journal imposes no charges on readers for accessing or downloading its content. This is in line with the definition of open access set forth by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
We believe that this policy contributes to:
-
Increasing the visibility and impact of published research: By providing free access to articles, researchers, students, decision-makers, and the public can easily access the latest discoveries and knowledge in the humanities.
-
Enhancing scientific collaboration: Open access facilitates the exchange of ideas and information among researchers worldwide, encouraging cooperation and the advancement of research.
-
Accelerating the pace of scientific discovery: By removing barriers to information access, researchers can build upon the work of others more quickly and effectively.
-
Supporting education and learning: Open access provides valuable educational resources for students and teachers around the world.
We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in the publication process while ensuring open access to published research, thereby contributing to the dissemination of knowledge and serving both the academic community and the public.
