Author Self-Archiving Policy

The Scientific Journal of Sharia Sciences encourages its authors to archive copies of their published works in their institutional repositories, on their personal websites, or in other non-commercial archives. We believe that this practice enhances the visibility and impact of their research.

In accordance with our self-archiving policy, authors are permitted to archive versions of their articles under the following conditions:

  • Pre-print Version: Authors are allowed to archive the original version of their manuscript (the version submitted to the journal before the peer-review process) at any time.

  • Post-print Version (Accepted Manuscript): Authors are allowed to archive the accepted version of their article (the version revised according to peer reviewers’ comments but before the journal’s final formatting) after its acceptance for publication.

  • Published Version / Version of Record: Authors are allowed to archive the final published version of their articles (the PDF version bearing the journal’s logo and layout) 12 months after the official publication date. When archiving this version, authors must include a direct link to the published version on the Scientific Journal of Sharia Sciences website.

General Conditions for Self-Archiving:

  • When archiving any version of their articles, authors must clearly indicate that the work was originally published in the Scientific Journal of Sharia Sciences and provide a link to the published version on the journal’s website (when available).

  • Archived versions must not be used for purely commercial purposes by third parties.

This self-archiving policy aims to support the broad dissemination of our authors’ research and to enhance its impact within the academic community, while preserving the journal’s copyright. We encourage our authors to take advantage of this opportunity to increase the visibility of their scholarly work.
